Ruth became a certified Doula in 2022. Ruth lives in a regional area in Northern NSW and has a passion for country women to flourish throughout their journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. The Thompson Method discovered her and she is keen to implement the things she has learned to help her clients ‘stack the cards’ in their favour for an easier pregnancy, birth and and breastfeeding journey. Ruth is a certified BRM pro and offers Body Ready Birth education. She understands the challenges that country women face and wants to support and encourage anyone she possibly can.
