Tara is a mother to 5, a Certified Thompson Breastfeeding Method Educator and Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist. Together with this knowledge and her own experiences as a mother, she helps women prepare well for a thriving postpartum and joyful breastfeeding journey. She teaches women how to replenish their body after birth with nutrient-dense & easy to digest foods, that supports optimal postpartum recovery, and helpl avoid the crisis of depletion and/or hormone imbalance, and depression. Helping women make informed choices in labour & birth to achieve a better breastfeeding outcome is her other passion.
